Do you get the same cold chills and horrific picture I get when I hear this phrase in Network Marketing?

You see, it reminds me of a loud isolate prison, surrounded with barbed wire; people with numbers on their chest dressed the same, walking with their heads down because they have no hope!  Prisoners are people who WRONGED society and are now stripped of their identity, their individuality, and their freedom!  They are only a number!

So think about it, is this really how YOU want to treat people who look to you for Network Marketing assistance?  Do you want to treat them like a number?  Like a prisoner?  Not me!  In fact, when you think about it, the people who found you haven’t robbed society; society has robbed them… of their dreams and identity!

You see, I got into Network Marketing for several reasons, but mainly to make money while helping others along the way.  Trust me, it’s imperative to understand the truth in order to be successful in Network Marketing, and the truth is that People are People – NOT numbers.

Unlike prison, Network Marketing should be a way to escape the bars of Corporate America, release the shackles of poverty and be free to dream with the intentions of reaching ones goals.  Network Marketing should be a solution to their problem and you should be the guide!

Everyone has a reason as to why they ventured into Network Marketing.  Everyone has a why! It’s your job to unlock the pain and let it be free!   And you do that by connecting, listening attentively and finding a solution to help ease their pain!

Listen, people call you because there was something you did or said that connected with them in such a matter that it resonated in their heart, mind and soul.  People call you because they have goals and dreams and strongly believe you are THE person who can show them the how to attain their dreams using Network Marketing!  The people who call you have families, they have hearts that love and have strong desires to achieve more.   So, you see, they are not numbers, they’re humans.. with feelings!

“It’s just a numbers game” mentality teaches people to be recruiters, not sponsors.  People are not enlisting into the military, but they are enlisting to YOUR Network Marketing Leadership! So lead with compassion, patience and truth.

Build a relationship with people and dig deep!  Know why their looking at Network Marketing as a way to reach their goals and what their goals are?  Learn their style of communication and work with them!  Network Marketing is not a numbers game!

Trust me, it’s imperative you become a mentor with a servant’s heart in order to succeed long-term in Network Marketing.  When you start treating people like humans, not numbers, they will beg you to sponsor them into your business.

True Network Marketers leave the number playing to the tire kickers who only wish to win the Lotto!

Wealth is measured in moments NOT bills!

And wealth is measured in relationships NOT meetings!
