Ray Higdon, Is Our American School System Failing Our Kids? If So, Why?
Ray Higdon is THE top income earner in Numis Network and the only representative to reach 6 Star in the company in as little as 10 months! Now if that doesn’t impress you, then I press upon you to listen to his thoughts on why it’s imperative to expose young children to free enterprise and experience the power of entrepreneurship.

In other words our traditional School System gets an “F” for failing our children. It’s become a place to manufacture a future work force, not entrepreneurs. Robert Kiyosaki states in Rich Dad’s Rich Kid Smart Kid, “…teachers are working with a system that is not designed to change.” He implores, “…if your children do not like school, let them know they are still geniuses, and encourage them to find their own way of learning in a system that recognizes only one genius.”
I’m a mother of 3 girls. My oldest, Emilly, who at the young age of 13 states she doesn’t like school but loves music and has found an interest in Radio DJing. We’ve explained the importance of an education and her alternatives if school isn’t her thing, but in the meantime, we’ve come to an agreement where she’s allowed to listen to “HER” music while she does her English homework (honestly, I find it quite distracting but it works for her).
My second, Leticia, will be 8 in August and expressed an interest in Fashion Design.
Learning comes easy to her, but anything below a “B” is an “F” in her mind. She’s really hard on herself and we continuously remind her to love herself and all her accomplishments. She truly has the “middle child” syndrome and requires a lot of emotional stroking. We’ve enrolled her in after school art classes where she’s taught different drawing techniques and how to incorporate different textures and visual effects. You can see some her of her first “regular” drawings here: Leticia’s Art Work!
My youngest at 6yrs old is Evelyn. You may have read about her in “My Story” and know she has a mild case of Autism, called Aspergers Syndrome. She is very VERY active and funny, but does not do well with big crowds or loud noises. Evelyn is often in her own world and we’re blessed when she invites us in! She collects, movies (especially if it has a dog in it. She has an obsession with dogs.), rocks, puzzles and money! Oh my gosh, does she have an eye for money! She will find a penny in mud, she will find an old beat-up dime on the side of the road! Needless to say, when I introduced her to the Numis coins, she got very excited and pulled out her piggy bank to look at the details of her coin collection. (Click this link to see the video of her after I introduced the coins to my girls) she gets very excited when my Numis Coins arrive and I love that I can share my Numis Empire with all my children, but especially her!
So my questions to you are:
1) Did your parents embrace your inner genius? if so please share how and if not, share how that may affected you in school.
2) Will you, or are you flexible with your child’s learning style and passion?
